The President, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee paying homage at the portrait of the former President of India, Shri Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed, on his Birth Anniversary, at Rashtrapati Bhavan, in New Delhi on May 13, 2015.
The President of India, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee in message to the Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Memorial Committee which is organizing the 40th National Solidarity Day to commemorate the 110th Birth Anniversary of former President of India, Late Shri Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed on May 13, 2015 has said:-
“Shri Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed was a great son of India who represented the best qualities of our tradition and civilization. An ardent nationalist and able administrator, Shri Ahmed played an important role in our freedom struggle. His selfless service, humanism and deep sensitivity will always be remembered.
On this occasion, I pay homage to this great son of India and wish the celebrations every success.“
